Electronic Submission of Forms

(RVD e-Forms)


Electronic submission of forms provides an efficient, convenient, secure and user-friendly means of form submission. This service is an alternative to the conventional modes of serving a form by post or in person. The following RVD e-Forms are now available:

Requisition for Particulars of Tenements
(Form e-R1A)
  • Applicable to properties already included in the current Valuation List and/or Government Rent Roll

  • To apply for endorsement in respect of any new letting or renewal agreement
  • Applicable to domestic tenancy or sub-tenancy falling within Part IV of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance

  • To apply for endorsement in respect of any regulated tenancies
  • Applicable to regulated tenancies falling within Part IVA of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance

  • This form is for use by a person who has not received a copy of the endorsed Form AR2 concerning the tenancy to enquire about Form AR2

  • To apply for a certificate as to whether the tenancy of the premises is domestic
  • Applicable to domestic tenancies or sub-tenancies falling within Part IV and regulated tenancies falling within Part IVA of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance

  • To apply for a certificate as to whether the tenancy of the premises is domestic

  • Applicable to Part III or Part VI of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance

  • To object to the new rateable value which takes effect from 1 April following a general revaluation
  • Only available from mid-March until the end of May each year
