Electronic Submission of Forms (RVD e-Forms)
Following the enactment of the Electronic Transactions (Amendment) Ordinance 2004, the Rating and Valuation Department offers the "Electronic Submission of Forms" (e-Forms) service as a new wave of its e-government initiatives.
Being one of the department's customer-centric services, e-Forms provide an efficient, convenient, secure and user-friendly means of form submission. This electronic mode of service is an alternative to the conventional mode of serving a form by post or in person. Members of the public may choose the mode that suits them best.
