This is an annual publication reviewing the state of the property market in the previous calendar year. It contains quite substantial information and statistical data, compiled on a calendar year basis, including the stock, completions, take-up, vacancy and forecast completions (for 2 years) by main property types; average rents, prices and indices are also analysed by main property types.
