The properties listed below cover newly built residential, factories, shops, offices and car parks with occupation permits and have been assessed to rates and/or Government rent recently. Other properties, such as hotels, cinemas, commercial car parks, etc. are not included.

Owners / payers of the properties listed below who have not yet received a First Demand for Rates and/or Government Rent, please inform this Department by email ( enquiries@rvd.gov.hk), by fax (2152 0159) or contact our staff on 2150 8489 or 2150 8497.
