The statutory display period of the 2011-2012 Valuation List & Government Rent Roll expired on 31 May 2011.

Rateable value of properties for the last three years of assessment can be obtained through our Property Information Online (PIO) throughout the year at a fee. Please visit the PIO website www.rvdpi.gov.hk and select the service item “Enquiry on Rateable Value”.
