New Version of Quarterly Demand for Rates and / or Government Rent: Property Informantion: Account and Assessment Number, for payment and enquiry on the assessment of the tenement respectively. Property Informantion Online (PIO) Enquiry Code : Applicable to domestic properties (excluding village type houses). For free enquiry tenement on the PIO of the Departmentan www.rvdpi.gv.hk Details of the Rates and Govnent Rent Payable: Annual Rateable Value and Percentage Charge; Total Amount Due and Last Day for Payment: A 5% surchage will be imposed for late payment, a futher 10% surcharge will be imposed if the amount outstanding is nor settled after six months. Notes for Attention: Display important information, such as calculation of the domestic tenements with rateable value over $550,000.
