“Regulated Tenancies of Subdivided Units” Promotional Activities - in end of 2023
The Rating and Valuation Department (RVD) officers will attend the following activities of the District Service Teams to promote the important matters pertaining to regulated tenancies that subdivided unit (SDU) landlords and tenants need to understand, and to answer relevant enquiries. All are welcome to join.

The Government has engaged non-governmental organisations to set up 6 District Service Teams to assist the promotion of tenancy control on SDUs at district level, including arranging different types of activities regularly.
