Rates Concession for the Financial Year 2024-25

As announced in the 2024-25 Budget Speech, rates concession will be given to all ratepayers to offset the rates payable for the first quarter from April to June 2024, subject to a ceiling of $1,000 for each rateable tenement. No payment will be required for the quarter if the quarterly rates payable do not exceed the corresponding rates concession ceiling. No rates concession will be offered for the following three quarters.

The concession does not apply to payment of Government rent.
