“Regulated Tenancies of Subdivided Units” Mobile Promotional Vehicle Event – March 2025
The Rating and Valuation Department (RVD) will deploy a mobile promotional vehicle to promote Part IVA of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap. 7) (“Ordinance”) and emphasize that landlords of regulated tenancies will be checked whether they have committed offences under the Ordinance. All are welcome to visit. The tour schedule is as follows:
