Channels to Obtain Form AR1

Form AR1 can be obtained at the following locations:

1. Rating and Valuation Department’s (RVD’s) Offices:
   
   1. 15/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon; or
   2. Room 3816-22, 38/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (RVD’s Tenancy Services Section)
   
   
   Opening hours:
   Monday to Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
   Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
2. Lands Tribunal；
   38 Gascoigne Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon
   Opening hours:
   

   Monday to Friday:	8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
   	2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
   Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

3. Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of Home Affairs Department in various districts:

If you wish RVD to send Form AR1 by post, please provide RVD with the name and mailing address of the recipient and indicate “Request Form AR1” through one of the channels below:
